Description of the software
Tech Connect Core is local data tracking, organization, and analytical software. It helps users maintain portfolio-related records, review allocation categories, and preserve informational summaries based on locally available information selected by the user.
Tech Connect Core is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, investment platform, or payment provider. It does not hold or process funds or cryptocurrency assets, access private keys, connect wallets, or execute transactions.
Permitted use
You may use the website and software for lawful, personal informational and record-keeping purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable store terms. You are responsible for having the right to use the records you provide, checking their quality and completeness, selecting appropriate classifications, and maintaining device and backup security.
Prohibited use
You may not:
- use the website or software in violation of law or another person’s rights;
- introduce malicious code, disrupt operation, or attempt unauthorized access;
- use the product to facilitate fraud, deception, market manipulation, or unlawful activity;
- misrepresent analytical summaries as verified account statements or professional advice;
- enter private keys, passwords, or authentication secrets into record fields;
- remove proprietary notices or falsely claim ownership, endorsement, or affiliation; or
- reverse engineer or redistribute the software except where a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
No financial or investment advice
All categories, allocations, historical comparisons, and other outputs are informational representations of user-provided records. They are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice; recommendations; trading signals; guarantees; or forecasts. You remain responsible for decisions made outside the software and should consult an appropriately qualified independent professional when advice is needed.
No wallet, custody, or transaction functionality
The software does not create or operate cryptocurrency wallets, request or access private keys, custody assets, validate ownership, or submit orders. It cannot make deposits, withdrawals, transfers, purchases, sales, swaps, or any other transaction. No feature should be interpreted as an offer to perform a financial service.
Accuracy and software limitations
Outputs depend on the records, dates, labels, and categories supplied by the user. Information may be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or incorrectly classified. Tech Connect Core does not independently verify data against an exchange, blockchain, wallet, or financial account and does not guarantee that a summary reflects current market value or actual holdings.
Software and devices can experience errors, incompatibilities, interruptions, or data loss. Maintain independent copies of important source records and review generated summaries before using them for personal reference.
Third-party services and compatibility
Links may lead to services operated by others, including the Microsoft Store homepage. External services have separate terms and privacy policies, and their availability is outside our control. A link does not state or imply endorsement, certification, or affiliation.
The Binance name is used exclusively to identify compatibility. Tech Connect Core is not a Binance product and is not affiliated with Binance Holdings Ltd. Binance® is a trademark of Binance Holdings Limited. No Binance authorization, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement is claimed.
Intellectual property
The website, software, original text, design, and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Disclaimer of warranties

Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use, your violation of these Terms, or records you use without proper authority. This section does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.
Changes and availability
Features may be corrected, modified, suspended, or discontinued. No particular function or external-store availability is promised indefinitely. These Terms may also be revised when products, operations, or legal requirements change. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Termination
Your permission to use the website or software may end if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive where their nature requires it.
Governing law
