How it works

A Deliberate, Offline-Oriented Workflow

See how to prepare local records, organize categories, review allocations, and preserve informational snapshots.

Tech Connect Core keeps the workflow centered on information that is already available to you. It does not ask you to fund an account, connect a wallet, or authorize transactions.

  1. Prepare the records you want to review.
Begin with portfolio information you have lawfully obtained and are authorized to use. Check dates, labels, and completeness against the original source before relying on a summary.
  2. Arrange entries in a consistent structure.
Add or import supported local information, then apply clear names and categories. Binance references indicate compatible record context only and do not create a live Binance connection.
  3. Examine category allocations.
Use the analytical overview to understand the proportions represented by your current record set. The display describes supplied information; it does not predict performance or recommend action.
  4. Preserve a dated reference point.
Keep a snapshot when it is useful to compare one review period with another. Notes can explain classification choices or gaps in the source material.
  5. Maintain the record over time.
Update the information when you choose and retain only the history useful for your own informational purposes.

What happens outside the workflow

The software never takes custody of an asset. It does not submit orders, perform swaps, make transfers, retrieve private keys, or change records held by an exchange. Any action involving an external service happens separately from Tech Connect Core and is governed by that service’s terms.

Practical checks for reliable summaries

Before reviewing an allocation, confirm that entries use the intended date and category conventions. Avoid treating an incomplete data set as a complete portfolio record. If a source changes its export structure, examine the information before adding it to your local archive.

Remember: A well-organized record can improve clarity, but it does not become financial advice or a verified account statement.
